The Yucaipa Health Center was innaugurated on July 24, 2010.

The Yucaipa Center for Health and Family Well-Being is a community organization serving the city of Yucaipa, California, since 2008. The Center has an innovative approach to health care based on Health Education. The program focuses on preventive health care, nutrition counseling and healthy lifestyle changes.
Activities
Services offered by the center staff consist of free medical consultations and nutritional counseling, including a wide variety of free healthy lyfestyle education programs offered by professionals in a warm and supportive atmosphere.
